Re: Southern Railways "Schools" V class [WIP]

Black wheels? I have to confess that I have not paid much attention to that. I have couple of books and one had very clear picture taken during BR years and it had painted wheels. So painting the wheels was done atleast during post war British Railways period. I have also a book about Maunsel...

Re: Southern Railways "Schools" V class [WIP]

Woot! I am so happy. *,*! This is one of my favourite locos. I don't know why, but it just is. **!!!** So yes, I want to play with it. ::!**! My initial reaction was that the tender was longer earlier type. That the standard tender for Schools Class is more compact. I have tried to google picture it...

Re: Oh dear, he's done it again (1865 Ten Wheeler).

My reaction was exactly as in the headline "Oh dear he has done it again" so in this case the blurb was correct. Thank you for sharing this. !$th_u$! I have played with it and I love it. {,0,} Even if you will not bother to make a new skin, I will be very happy with this version. !*th_up*! I l...

Re: Two New Train Games

Kalypso's Urban Empire and Tropico series are on GoG, so it could be that Railway Empire will be too. Even though Urban Empire has similar name to Railway Empire, I understand that these two are from different developers. Still I have read that Urban Empire is considered as flawed. It seems that it ...

Re: Two New Train Games

Two very interesting game. I will definitely keep my eye on both. :-) Many new games goes to GoG these day, so it may be possible to buy these without Steam DRM. I hope. Railway Empire looks more refined. Looks like they got many features from RT3, but sadly also from Sid Meyer's Railroads. Actually...

Re: Cargo weight revamping

I didn't realise how much you used from Top Pop's creations. That proof how out of touch I am. Anyway, it looks convincing to me so I like your work. !*th_up*! The thing is that I know how to make my own panelling anyway. That would have been faster by the time everything was done *!*!*! but ...

Re: Rolling Stock skinning ideas

I like. !*th_up*! Me happy. !!clap!! . I'll ditch B&O text, so it doesn't shout "Baltimore!" when the train is running around some place on the other side of the world, because that sort of thing bugs me. :-P If you have finalised B&O version then can I have it as an option. Pretty please. *,*! Ok, ...
