I installed the GOG version of RT3 on my Virtual Machine.
Since I got "Couldn't find a valid video mode" on Windows 10 machines, so I set up a Windows XP environment.

There was no problem during installation and gets in the game correctly.
But, color display incorrect, too dark for buildling or too bright for land.
The color for UI is correct.
What should I do to get correct colors?

I have never tried to run the game on a Virtual Machine. All I can offer is a guess: there is something wrong with the graphic solution. That's the likely cause for something like this (ignoring that it's a VM). Whether there's actually a problem or just that RT3 thinks there's a problem, it's impossible for me to say.

Aren't you running the GoG version on Windows 10? I know people have done it.

I have Windows 8.1 and I run the game with dgVoodoo (my install is based on GoG version, but that's not really making the difference). But I have heard from Florian (the guy behind the multiplayer effort) that the game should run normally on Windows 10 without dgVoodoo. Maybe there are still cases that it doesn't, and then the first thing I would do is try dgVoodoo. Come to think of it, zwj808, what setting do you have in Graphics on the "Disable Hardware T and L" switch? Are you using a virutal machine because the game didn't work regularly?
